David A. Castillo – Director of Recruitment

After receiving a Quality Assurance Inspector Qualification and Master Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt during his term in the United States Marine corps, David Casillo went on to train as Operations and Master Training Specialist for the Department of the Navy His knowledge and talent in human resource management training continued in areas of technology and financial services. Castillo’s experience with the team started in 2015 as Director of Training for Business Development Managers. His strength comes in coaching and monitoring company recruits and company processes. He has been with ShopSmart since March 2020 leading the recruitment and training of ShopSmart reps.
